Join Mahjong Social Club Michigan for FREE open play every Wednesday in September at The Mall at Partridge Creek!

We’re excited to partner with The Mall at Partridge Creek and Cellar 59 Wine Bar to create an evening centered around community, connection, and supporting local businesses.

Make a night of it! Come early to enjoy a glass of wine and light bites at Cellar 59, browse the shops throughout the mall, and then join us for an evening of mahjong right outside the wine bar.

We’ll also have raffles, prizes, mahjong trinkets, and other fun surprises throughout the month!

Event details:

• Every Wednesday in September
• 5:00–7:30 PM
• Located directly outside Cellar 59 at Partridge Creek
• Free open play
• Convenient parking near MJR

A few important things to know:

• Registration is required each week, and you’ll need to sign up separately for each event.
• Please register only if you’re committed to attending. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for other players who are hoping for a seat.
• There is nothing to bring, just show up and play!
• Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so games can begin on time.
• This is an Open Play event, so players should have a baseline knowledge of Mahjong, understand the flow of the game, and be comfortable keeping up with the pace of open play.

If weather becomes a concern, we’ll make a cancellation decision by 3:00 PM that day. Registered players will receive an email with any updates.

Finding us:
Mahjong play takes place directly outside of Cellar 59, which is located next to the MJR Theater inside The Mall at Partridge Creek. The wine bar is easy to find once you enter the outdoor shopping center from the theater parking area. 

We encourage everyone to make an evening of it! Arrive a little early to enjoy a glass of wine, order from Cellar 59’s light bites menu, and browse the many shops throughout The Mall at Partridge Creek before settling in for a fun evening of mahjong. Cellar 59 is a locally owned wine bar offering wine, cocktails, beer, and small plates.
